Suzy Anderson-known around here as "Q". Suzy is one of the house tattoo artists. Her mentor Ace/Bryan Z, now out of Langley, has one of the longest running tattoo shops in Canada. He has instilled ‘old school’ ethics & style as part of Q’s foundation. Suzy certainly brings her own ‘new world’ outlook & character, as well.

Michael Deakin - more commonly known as "Bug", is Q's father. Bug is a British Columbia native, but now lives and runs his business, Heritage Salvage, in Petaluma, California. He built his first home out of reclaimed materials in 1970, and that was just the beginning. Along the way he has planted trees, designed, built and remodeled custom homes, boats, movie sets, rock walls, gardens, parade floats, tree forts, dog houses, ship models, furniture and a splendiferous array of art forms from repurposed materials.
Bug has also just premiered with his Heritage Salvage crew on diy network in their new series “Heritage Hunters”. Check your local listings for air times.
